The AEX-DLC (Advanced SDH Access Network System),
one of the Exartech SDH series products, is
the most advanced loop-access system in the
market. The AEX-DLC, integrating the most
powerful SDH OAM&P (Operation Administration
Maintenance & Provisioning) features with
advanced digital and optical technology, is
a future-generation DLC system. It completely
meets the CCITT and ETSI/CEPT standards.
By use of inter-shelf connection, the AEX-DLC
can be extended to indescribable capacity
of 3780 subscriber lines. Between COT (Central
Office Terminal) and RT (Remote Terminal),
the AEX-DLC provides standard fiber optical
transmission at STM-1/4 level. Versatile
plug-in units provide traditional voice
service and narrowband/ broadband data communications.
This full range of services enables the
AEX-DLC to be the most cost-effective solution
for merged applications. Besides, the AEX-DLC
may be directly connected to either a central
office switching system, the STM-1/4 optical
multiplexers, or digital/analog microwave
communication trunks. The AEX-DLC, providing
the SONET/SDH compliant platform, may integrate
and simplify the network management.

AEX-SHDSL |

SHDSL is considered a very
efficient technology to provide broadband
solution via twisted Pair. It will be even
more competitive than ADSL to meet the customers’
requirement for Internet and it brings synchronized
high data rate both downstream and upstream.

| AEX-SHDSL |
SHDSL Unit (SHDSLU) provides the low speed
interface for G.SHDSL signal transport. SHDSLU
provides four N x 64Kbps time slot to/from
2016 time slot TSI (time Slot Interchange).
It can arbitrarily aggregate/allocate 128
x 64Kbps data tributaries into/from 4 x E1.
It map/demap these 4 x 2M signals into/from
COMBUS STM1 payload and modulate this signal
to be transported by SHDSL interface. The
main functions of SHDSLU are described below:
